Dumbbell Overhead Press

Strengthens shoulders. May help increase bench press as well. Works the Deltoids and triceps.
  • Sit on bench with feet shoulder width apart
  • Start with the arms out to your sides at a 90 degree angle
  • Fully extend the arms directly above the head, then slowly back to the starting position
  • Do not elevate the shoulders, and do not bring the arms past the 90 degree angle
